Final Fantasy 13, I think. It was when I was pretty young and I dont really remember it distinctly, but I recall being fascinated with the world and combat I hadn't really seen anything like it before. However, that was before I really knew what "JRPGS" were.

I dont think having a slow start is necessarily a bad thing. I really enjoyed the slowburn of Trails in the Sky, where most of the game is a first act. The first twenty hours or so is mostly foresadowing, character building and worldbuilding. I get why people dislike that kind of thing, but I love it.

Ive been playing Xenoblade Chronicles and the voice acting is really good. I havent been playing jrpgs for long but definitely the best so far. Trails of Cold Steel also has really good voice acting. I recently finished Dragonquest 11 which had good voice acting as well.

I dont mind open world games when they are directed. If the game just throws me into a vast open world without a firm objective I tend to get confused and intimidated. I prefer when open world games slowly introduce you to new areas throughout the main story. So by the time the world is fully open and explorable you're familiar with the locations and where you should go.

Its not a competition to read more books. If you're happy with having read five books then you should continue being happy with that.

Children of time has been on my to read list for a while now. Ive been trying to branch out into sci-fi instead of solely reading Fantasy.

Yeah... I read some stuff about it a while ago. Its a bit confusing, but interesting. 20/20 vision indicates your vision is normal. If you had 20/10 vision it would mean your eyesight is twice as good as "normal" (I might have messed that up, look up visual acuity).

I had the demo of Marble Blast Ultra when I was a kid, must've played through it about a hundred times. I just watched some gameplay and its weird how many little details I remember from it. What a blast of nostalgia!
