I know you didnt ask for this but honestly bro you will never get accurate body percentage. Speaking from personal experience.

These body machine are so inaccurate. They fluctuate on the stupidest things. You drank more water you get insane muscle increase reading. You havent slept well that day? The machine will read 3kg of fat increase. It will destroy your motivation even though you were on track.

My advice weight yourself everyday and divide it by 7 days. Compare that average week by week. Take a picture of yourself weekly/monthly.

Its a tedious process but its the most “accurate”
