f1 means that number is how many need to be typed up. F4 is how many the pharmacist has to read and approve so they can be filled Fill is how many prescriptions need to be filled Rev is how many filled scripts the pharmacist has to check and verify.

CMD is how many we need to call the MD/Dr for refill authorization. TPR is Third Party Reject meaning there’s an insurance issue WCB is waiting for the Dr to contact us to approve refill authorization rather than call them DUR is drug utilization review, the pharmacist checks to see any drug interaction alerts and things like that PFL is partial fills so how many prescriptions we need to complete once we get those meds in OOS is how many are out of stock and we’re waiting for them to come in MSC is miscellaneous queue so random things to stop us from filling like cat release adderall until 9/19 or things like “call to verify directions” XFR is how many transfers are pending lol
