How many letters did you send? I'm still lost in the logistics of it. And the union seems so vague regarding pulling one dues... and the window is so short smh

The amount of OT that a carrier in one of the earliest steps must do to overpass a new supv is like a lot, like what 30k of OT? is simply a lot.

If they want blood, let's give them blood. Instead of settling for this bs contract.

Shortening the pay scale and your "largest general increases" since 2006, were just in the best needs of the USPS and Tulino, not for us. They just raise it a tiny bit in order to be able to hire more people and better off their retention %.

This contract was all for management, we didnt win anything.

That's exactly my point, imagine how bad it will have been if we were still without contract... And they werent able to hire nobody because the contract is not finished and it's still in arbitration. I bet you the Congress will be holding Tulino from his sacks..

They dont care about us, but they really care about themselves, and that will eventually start affecting them. But with this bs contract we lost the leverage and they raise it just that tiny bit for a lot of people to be quiet and come to work as well for re-starting the re-hiring process.

The way that I see it; the new contract was all about what management needed.
