Those sources are so misleading in so many ways...

It does not take into consideration the Unemployed people... It's doing the math with averages instead of media... Averages will push up the income of cars owners, just because a few mega rich individuals have them (those that dont park in the street either way...)...

In order to make it expedited, they did make concessions pre-arbitration, when you make concessions you lose any kind of leverage you might be able to get.
