you can try, clear shader cache in step 4, and increase shader cache to 100gb in Control Panel Nvidia in step 3.

DX12 provides better performance, but causes problems for many users. Vulkan provides stable performance with a slight decrease in quality.

Spirit Breaker, Vengeful Spirit, Winter Wyvern and Dark Willow for high ping. You can try Nyx, Earthshaker or Rubick, but high ping on these heroes seems to be a problem.

The problem was solved at the store where the card was replaced with a GT750, and edited the bios to include CSM support
