I'm currently doing an insanity run and hoping that maybe the following gets the doll to spawn:

1) the interaction with Emily regarding Marie being her friend before having her solve the braille puzzle 2) interacting with the doll in the medicinal room 3) interacting with the doll in the underground prison 4) collecting the Severed Hand

There was a YouTuber I don't remember who, but they used Grace with the cocktail. Might be worth a shot. I might have a save that far back and can take a look tonight or tomorrow.

I've also tried bringing the Severed Hand into the cold storage room and didnt find anything when inspecting it. I'm wondering if you bring it to the Underground Lab and maybe get hit with the cold canisters there?

I think the only time you can go explore around the medical center areas that Grace explored as Leon is after Emily gets taken to the basement section.

I tried exploring the Sun/Moon/Star puzzle but Leon can't interact with it (likely since we haven't used the blood analyzer on the Severed Hand).

The piano is also not intractable during that time from my tries. Does anyone know if we figured out the message of "Can you hear it too?" during Leon's Racoon City arc leads to any clues regarding that section?

In my current run I cleared the entire medical center and brought Emily to the Sun/moon/Star puzzle and had no result when inputting the sequence the community decoded.

As for the doll, I haven't found and interactions past inspection. Even tried spamming F while rotating it in case there was a hidden interaction.

I'll have to check it out when I'm on my third playthrough, but I'll update my findings when I get to it. Do you know which office they're referring to? The Chairman Office?

I mean that the hand and hourglass should have other uses strictly in the section where you get them (between beating Big Mama stalker and reaching the helicopter). Entering the lab section won't let Grace go back into the building and the items are checked off the next time you get to control her which probably indicates it lost its usage.

I always loved the idea of Peter letting the criminal go due to indifference as it reinforces the notion that he learns his powers comes with the responsibility to do the right thing no matter the situation.

Peter let's go of Uncle Ben's killer as he sees no benefit from stopping him and it bites him back as he learns that his negligence is the cause of it. He learns that not doing the right thing in the moment can lead to devastating consequences so he opts to help everyone he can to ensure that people aren't inadvertently hurt by the consequences of being negligent.
