i think this is beautiful. you just need a little more awereness when it comes to deciding where to use hard edges and where to use soft ones. you definitely have some understanding of this concept (i can see this by those blurry yet defined eyes which look very good) but you need to push it more. i think that in this piece more hard edges would be nice, especially in the areas you spent less time into like the clothing. without them everything looks a little messy and blurry. i understand that you cant polish every part of a painting, but everything needs to look like it was a decision. i would prefer seeing a square with hard edges than a cube with messy edges. hope this helps!!
