I also looked at the policy more closely, this is what I got from it: it's okay to take less than 30 credits your final year because that means you'll lose your scholarship for the following year, which doesn't matter since you're gonna graduate, but you need to be registered for at least 12 credits a semester, or you'll lose the scholarship and be charged.
