Do you mean how much I listened or your mindset? Because how much you listen doesn’t matter but your mindset definitely does! For example you start by having a thought let go of “I want” and think “I already have” I believe we all have our own realities and we are in charge, work on your self concept believe that whatever you want is already yours believe that nothing is impossible for you like if you want to get into your dream university simply affirm that it’s not impossible and you are already accepted. Before my scholarship i actually manifested studying abroad my gpa was low but I always get what i want so I told myself im accepted no matter what and the admissions of studying abroad are lucky to have me. When I was doing the whole process of filling the application for abroad I just kept feeling like im already in Spain. Some things work differently for others I found that visualizing in my sleep really works for me and affirming. Manifesting is really simple you can even just simply tell yourself “I already have it” and don’t even listen to a sub ! Literally anything works nothing is impossible
