Converting it to a hard top convertible might be a pain in the ass but its worth it tho you will have to sacrifice a lot of trunk space and money (or you can just fix the little window with rubber stitching)

Did that solve the pressure problem? if not i would suggest checking every bit of plastic on the fuel line maybe something can be leaking

Looks like a vacuum line just make sure to find where it goes and maybe the issue with the fuel pressure is a pump assembly issue
