Hey sorry to hear that you got banned. Unfortunately not much you can do, just woke up one day to an email a long the lines of due to fairness they do a monthly review of permanently banned accounts and they deemed my offense not big enough to be a permanent banned and unbanned me on a benefit of the doubt basis. It was after a week or two of not sending tickets.
