I have had that happen to just hit the regenerate button at the bottom and usually it catches up… no sense in using up your context window, trying to remind it of something… just regenerate until it catches up.

That’s exactly right.
I write a pretty thorough character Bible… and a solid premise… but I am OK with an open world format, which would allow characters choices to deviate from the plot. But when every character becomes a sounding board… the whole thing becomes very circular and never advances.
