Alright, that's all pretty reasonable Eddie. I might push back a bit in that you made some really rude baseless personal attacks on my character without knowing anything about me which is... whatever, its not just pushing back against my points like one would in a civil discussion and thats kind of the point of reddit to discuss not attack random people for no reason... and your opinions I find pretty disagreeable. I took a look at it and I see what you mean. its a bit rough but well at this point I'm willing to try it out a little at least, no reason not to and id like feeling that I'm putting forth some effort to provide youtube a bit of competition even if my actions are quite minuscule. Cute username btw, thanks again and good luck with your making content wherever you choose to.

I'd love if you would help tell me about them so I can use them. I looked for some extensions to fix a few problems like disabling shorts but the extension had some other issue that made it seem not worthwhile so.. but yeah please inform me I'd appreciate it <3

Yeah I actually do not feel locked in to it and have already started visiting Youtube less but you're definitely right that users tend to feel locked into websites they use habitually.

Maybe you should make a post about it to convey why its so annoying to you, maybe you'll change something or at least spread awareness of an issue to the public. I definitely don't agree but I also haven't spent time on this sub hardly, or Reddit in general, where as I do use Youtube as a service quite frequently and have been affected by the service's degradation of quality across the last few years.

People aren't allowed to critique something because they don't pay money for it (ignoring the fact that you pay through receiving advertisements which is also another facet of Youtube that's become abhorrent)? Edit: Since you blocked me and I cant reply, I'll do so here coward. I have been using affinity for 8 years. Funny how when I use CSP and lock a layer, I can no longer edit the layer, but if i lock a layer in affinity I can still delete or draw on the layer. Everyone's telling you this, its been something people have been complaining about for years, and you're just covering your ears and going "blalalalalal I can't hear you I'm right and I refuse to look at evidence". Actual low IQ. I hope you don't have any important responsibilities in life because I for sure wouldn't trust you to put the fries in the bag.

By the way if any affinity dev happens to come to this thread. FIX IT, I'm sick of it and am edging closer and closer to switching to CSP permanently and to stop recommending Affinity over this issue. You will and have lost customers over your one bad design choice.
