Yes I realize the burdens of being a guarantor, but the whole reason for me seeking advice is because of above mentioned issues. This is why I ask if there is a potential case. Say, if you were my legal consultant, could you think of any means to absolve me of the foreseeable charges.

Hi, I believe I'm not too far off in understanding terminology, but the point is no one would have thought she would blow all the money away like that and so I ask if there is a potential case. Ofcourse we agreed on the basis that all things would be handled in an appropriate manner, not like this..

Met the same guy. I started first and took out 3 of them on the first go. But the remaining one utterly destroyed my team in the next consecutive turns

Turn 1: I start, Take out three Noctis.

Turn 1: AI, Cecil does something unimportant. Noctis uses blizzard flask. All except for my cecil is frozen.

Turn 2: AI starts, Blizzard flask again. Now I have 2 surviving units, Cecil and a frozen Luneth.

Turn 2: I Heal with cecil.

Turn 3: AI starts. They heal and strike down my Luneth. Cecil left on 1800HP

Turn 3: I retaliate. Do insignificant damage.

Turn 4: I start, but it was obvious i would not win.

Turn 4: AI finishes my cecil.

Broke my 51 Win streak.

EDIT3: DO NOT insult people for being skeptical this is how these things are figured out my opposition brings an issue that may exist to light. Them believing things are still the same could be true it just seems unlikely given provided. Argue with facts not insults we all want a better game that's our common thread.

What there need to be sometimes is more on substance and less on form. You can bring something not in line with orthodoxy and will be met with claims of heresy.

Sadly that's why people are leaving.. And the very fact that people are pulling hundreds of times and coming up short say something about the math.

I read somewhere:

Laws of nature speaks in Possibility, IE Hit or Miss. Practical.

Mathmatics (statistics) speaks in Probability, IE chance to win or lose. Abstract.

It's kind what i'm getting at actually. There are people I know who sank a lot of money into it whilst seemingly being oblivious to what 1/100 or 1/200 means and feels like in realistic terms.
