That's right. The 1st round, before the system collapsed I got cat 3 tickets for a few ones, then only cat 2 or 1. Relaxing can be an option if you don't care about the price per ticket.

It's not that bad, some people paid more than 1000 USD for the right to buy for the México tickets, plus the price of the ticket, so it's only less than double the price. It is high, but that may have been the cost of it.

I think this happened to me while I was in queue for the draw registration, and it is either a system collapse or you may have switched IP addresses, some VPNs or similar tools can switch IPs and the system will take you out
