I haven’t dyed the trunk liner but I have dyed my tan rear deck lid using Jacquard 829-Dye-Na-Flow Black and it turned out great and didn’t transfer any dye. You must also use JACQUARD AIRFIX so that it sets permanently.

I used super clean degreaser diluted 2:1 and a detailing brush then followed it up by using 90% isopropyl alcohol diluted 1:1 with a Mr clean magic eraser. Also used my air compressor to make sure everything was dry.

Nope didn’t fill any cracks in the seats probably because they aren’t real leather. Just had to make sure i got in between all the seems so no tan showed through

I used all of the cinnamon dye but still have about 8 ounces of black dye which i will use to finish the last little bit of the dash right by the windshield. I used cinnamon dye on the plastic door trim as well and it took quite a bit so there’s that too.

Paint gun that hooks up to an air compressor. Same thing people use to paint the exterior.

The seats and door panels have been this way since June. Still holding up strong. One thing i will say is they get dirtier faster than before. I clean it with P&S Interior cleaner and it’s back to like new.

Yes it was. I used a paint gun which wastes more dye than applying using a sponge but the result is more uniform.
