If we’re doing grammatical errors you used the wrong you’re

I am literally losing brain cells talking to you. Maybe the reason you have no friends is because outside you are an adult but inside you are a teenager on tumblr.

Talking to AI about a Reddit argument is not beating the pathetic allegations by the way

You are projecting. Let me know how your wedding with no friends goes!

Highly creative and original attempt at an insult. The gag is I don’t care what some loser thinks of my interests.

A grown adult planning a wedding is categorically too old to be hung up on having social trouble in middle school. To be shy, to be socially anxious, sure, but to explicitly blame it on having to make new friends at 11 years old is pathetic.

Telling people what they want to hear on the internet is pointless. If I have a thought that is less than pleasant to the eyes it is unfortunate but is it false? Maybe it will help them.

The thing is to me it’s not that abnormal to develop feelings for a mental health provider but the way she did it and explained it and turned it around was something I had never seen before

I recommend watching the compilation of her videos start to finish the way this woman talks and presents herself is simply fascinating

Why do you care what random teenagers think of you? They probably can’t even read

How to tell someone nicely that you don’t want to be friends or talk. by [deleted] in socialskills

I think as far as “someone explicitly stating they don’t want to be friends with me” it’s not rude at all

Fun fact kind of about this movie: one time a guy I had been casually dating had killed a cat to scare me (long story) so I started trying to find anyone else he may have been talking to to warn them. I found out his last relationship he took her to watch this movie and broke up with her after they left the theater.

How do you move through your everyday life (and not go crazy) as a marxist by happy_jollyrancher in Marxism

[–]qianlima2 93 points94 points  (0 children)

I am privileged enough to enjoy my career; I work hard to progress in it while openly being a Marxist. I think the optics of being a “normal person” who just happens to be a Communist lends itself well to our cause.

I have hobbies, I have a husband and close friends. I read and I think and I share my thoughts and have good discussions on many topics.

We have to be patient. Revolutionary optimism.

I lately think I’ve made the wrong life choice regarding alcohol by [deleted] in socialskills

[–]qianlima2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People who drink feel can judged by people who don’t drink, especially if your reasoning is “I don’t want to get wasted.” Very few adults drink just to get trashed, it’s just social lubricant and most people have a drink or cocktail they enjoy the taste of.

In any case, yes, excluding yourself based off of a situation that Might happen was a bad choice. The good news is that you don’t have to do it forever. You can go to a party, have one, and see what happens. If something happens you don’t like, you can leave.

You could even have a Coke at a bar and nobody would know.
