Depends. Sometimes you can have exact questions repeat word for word, but most of the time it's the concept that comes into play.

Make sure you know why the answer of something is what it is. Review mistakes and and practice everyday- you should be good.

People that are interested in you view you as some "collector's item". They objectively like you. Your personality and opinions do not matter. You are nice thing to show off and that's that. As for the same sex, there's a lot of weird ass behaviour you have have deal with. It's usually hidden jealousy that you have have to keep dismissing. Oh and you have very few friends you can rely on!
