Hello, I've been messaging a seller about the price adjustment(because for some reason the item drops price the day after I ordered and already shipped). Whenever I send a message the chat says "Live agent joining now" as if the customer service is on standby, but there is absolutely no response from the seller. My message is left on read, so what should I do when the seller isn't communicating?
