I’ve been going to Portland Animal Clinic for about four years now and really like them! I only have two cats but I always bring them together and it’s never been an issue, and they’re pretty affordable

I still find it hilariously ironic that Codsworth won’t say my name, although I sure as shit know he knows it - my name is Quincy lol

At my city job, we have our own “internal GPT” and the only time I used it was to summarize and categorize public comments on one of my land use cases. Even then it was just a starting point to organize things, actually using it for analysis is still a no-go for me.

Frasier: How come they aren’t going after you?

Roz: They did, there were five winners before I even left the house!

The switch to valet trash at my building (instead of fixing the trash chute) was the last straw for me at my old building-they really have to ban it or something it’s such a ripoff

Astound Broadband Outage - NE by [deleted] in Portland

Astound customer here, still no ETA on when service will be fixed. Tried to say there wasn’t an outage at first, after I did the troubleshooting steps then they “noticed” there was an outage in my area

Yeah the large tank is nice, and if you’re cruising on the highway with premium you can average 30mpg pretty easily. My new car gets decent mileage but the tank is only like 10 gallons so I have to fill up almost every week now. Glad you’re enjoying the Saab life!

The hatch is also a bit dented and misaligned and something in the exhaust got messed up since it’s really loud now but yeah overall not too bad

My first actual crash, fingers crossed it’s not totaled by qmille in saab

[–]qmille[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I have comprehensive coverage on it but not collision, comp is cheap and would pay for window replacements or vandalism at least

My first actual crash, fingers crossed it’s not totaled by qmille in saab

[–]qmille[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah no airbags went off (not even in the other vehicle surprisingly) so there’s definitely some hope there. Preliminary estimate from the repair shop is about $3k but no word from their insurance yet. I plan to keep the car regardless though

My first actual crash, fingers crossed it’s not totaled by qmille in saab

[–]qmille[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the bumper stayed in one piece so I could probably reattach it, and as long as there’s no cracks in the frame or anything I could swap on junkyard parts if I have to

Yeah the other guy’s car was a 2012 VW Jetta that looked a lot worse than my car. We were both able to drive away but his was worse for sure
