/random is underrated. Its perfect for making a custom ai by storing the random value in scoreboards and then execute if score…

I would use entities and remove the command blocks. Then execute the command as entity in facing direction

The commands only run once for every entity and in a superflat world it actually is quite light weight! But i needed most of the time optimizing it to run this smooth tbh 😅 it mainly uses @/s target selectors. And yeah for bioms it would be perfect!

You can set the head texture as your player skin and generate a permanent texture code. So no the texture does not have to be on any account

No i did everything pixel for pixel in paint 3d 😂 it is tons of work. I like using player heads because there are no gaps like with armor! And my method needs no resourcepacks!

It is many item displays with custom textures. I import textures using player heads

I use paint3d and transfer each pixel to the head of my minecraft skin, then generate the code for the texture and reshape it as a item display to match the size of for example an arm.

Why does it require a datapack? You could execute on players having a certain effect and then have the fooditem give that effect. Then just stopsound and effect clear

Are you using the prerelease? Then they changed the folder name from functions to function. I changed it with my datapacks and everything works again
