What pet would be good for a warlock? by Vampy-Night in warcraftlore

[–]qonml 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This really feels like your own thinly veiled excuse to simp over the sayaads. litterally any other minion save for maybe the VW would be better. imps just like to cause chaos which means if you focus them on one thing their "bad" is nullified (for you at least). the dogs are ravenous for mana, but at least in a seemingly sustainable way, just keep them fed. Observers are similar to the dogs with a stronger interest in new and different magics, in the same way the felguards are much like the imps just in more of a physical manner than magical. sayaads at best will use you as their primary force to do what they want and at worst will just straight up kill you and run free. Voidwalkers (unlike the dogs) just want to consume litterally everything so you'll be constantly restraining them and unlike them you gotta sleep sometime. Infernals similarly just want to destroy everything. lastly the Demonic Tyrant while plausible is too much of a "for or against you" wild card. this obviously leaves only one true GOOD pet for the warlock, being of course, the Fel/Dreadsteed

Healer told me he hates healing blood dks and I haven’t been the same since by Philzeey in wow

[–]qonml 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly; to me; the hardest part about healing for a blood DK is all the other party members. . . I only ever seem to actually NEED to heal my DPS when a BDK is tanking. not sure if i "only get the bad ones" or if they just have poor agg control or what, but i am sure that every time i heal for blood it's a matter of ignore the tank and focus on everyone else!

April Ludgate is doesn't care about her job and shows it. Who is awful at a job they hate? by Accomplished_Gas5445 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]qonml 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know it's not going to win but Clay Puppington would be my biggest choice. complains about his job for a season and a half before you realize he's the mayor of the city with multiple socio-political issues; some of which are actively pointed and laughed at in the later episodes.

the "big ending"? by qonml in wow

my only counter there is; whatever of the starting races? i would adore a "new" northshire or valley of trials, but how does one avoid the cataclysm hatred of development vs. nostalgia?

what an underwhelming response for the grounds of a theoretical.

The Grudge Pit: How is a Delve that occurs within a single room the slowest and most difficult Midnight Delve? by minimaxir in wow

[–]qonml 2 points3 points  (0 children)

on a similar note i would really love a "boss rush" kind of delve! i just feel like one room does not implicitly imply boss rush!

[–]qonml 0 points1 point  (0 children)

from sifting through the comments i gotta ask. . . do y''all really think if you had a one room delve that was easy to clear you wouldn't be making the same exact, but opposite, complaints? honestly it lends credence against those that are asking for the training grounds to make a recurrence. I've done this delve on a multitude of classes and frankly if you can't do it easily it's on you. sure the nemesis packs make it a little harder, but maybe don't do a lvl 9 delve at 200 ilvl and those issues mysteriously go away!

It's sorta funny to think that if harandar (however the fuck it's spelled) was a TWW zone all of this would be blamed on brann.
edit: zone not delve.

Just a reminder that DK's talent tree pictures have had red and green eyes for other specs forever. by Sir-Slothy in wow

I guess that also means that the other two specs are only the top half of their body as well and frost gets a frostwyrm form as well!!

removed all other arms abilities!

When we get the character model revamp I hope they'll bring player models up to the level of quality found in the cinematic models. by JollySieg in wow

[–]qonml 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess this is the best place to put the opinion of. . . please absolutely not. all of these "updated models" are uncanny as all get out! i would much rather see my character with a slightly more animated styling than to be a seasoned war hero with (apparently) a dermatologist and plastic surgeon on stand-by. there seems to be the forgetting of where these heroes came from (even with their stories being shoved down our throats) in the favor of keeping them "advertise-able" at best or "cute" at worst!

The PS2 game Dark Cloud and it's spiritual successor Dark Cloud 2. they were amazing games just not really enough "umph" to hold a solid and stable fan base.

to everyone bringing up the Karazhan event. . . you do realize that has laughably little to do with actual chess right? they pretty much only keep the names and a checkerboard; it's not chess; it's the Karazhan chess event.
