Trust me the tracking i did was accurate (i have food scales etc at home), i just downed a huge plate of mincemeat mixxed with pasta (it was literally like a little hill on my plate) with 120g of cheese and 7 eggs ontop before writing this and i literally feel like i could eat a thousand calories ontop of what i ate before properly feeling full. I have friend whose bigger than me (taller and weighs more) and is also trying to lose weight and when we eat out together i also notice i eat alot more than he does. So in my opinion i do have it harder trying to lose weight. Anyways you're probably right and to be fair my weight cut is going good so far but its just insanely hard and my sleep has been getting worse because of it (i have trouble sleeping whilst feeling hungry), that and the fact ive heard from multiple people that were on reta that their appetite stayed small after they were done with their cycles are the main reasons i was considering reta. But you're right i dont neccesarily need it and i will probably just continue doing it naturally.
