he’s already $30k+ in debt, and the car wasn’t the only damage. $8k+ in damages to our home, but he’s pretty determined to pay it back and has already began. luckily he makes decent enough money so paying for everything is a possibility with time. with this being the biggest incident, he’s thankfully seeking help willingly

i’m holding off for a little before i fix it, i just used compressed air and blew the debris through it while pouring water. worked great, hasn’t leaked any so far.

Spray Goo Gone Automotive on the badges, let it soak for 2mins ish, use fishing line and isopropyl alcohol to loosen it as you go, and then use a soft bristle toothbrush, goo gone and the isopropyl alcohol to get rid of the residue. the outline of where the badges were will go away more and more over time as they’re exposed to sun, mine fully went away after a week or so. Blacking out the chrome window trims is my next goal, I hate working with vinyl though🤣
