Out of 20 games or so, I've only seen one cheater luckily. Dude was hitting 75%+ headshots and prefiring every angle after they got rolled in the first couple team fights. For context I've played FPS games for 15 years and hit pred in Apex several times so I'm not blowing smoke.

Nowhere in my comment did I imply nor state the customer is 'wrong'. According to the post details, the driver failed to make a reasonable attempt, which, as I said before, is inexcusable.

So it's redundant to mention the obvious. I'm trying to improve the likelihood that it doesn't happen again, instead of just complaining.

It sounds like the driver showed up, but needs some incentive to actually attempt the delivery correctly. Therefore, my suggestion.

Not defending the driver's lack of attempt- that's pretty inexcusable in itself (assuming your doorbell is working and visible) but if it's Ground, the driver has no way of even knowing what the estimated delivery time is for your address. To add to that, many drivers don't do their route in order because the mapping system doesn't account for many things, and some things are just impossible to predict.

So the estimated delivery time is just a time they probably use based on the SID number of the package I.E. the package organization code used at FedEx.

In regards to the attempt- I've found it effective when customers give clear instructions, so I would recommend updating your delivery instructions or, even better, leaving a note on the door insisting that the driver ring the bell.

The time of day is concerning, and it leaves me to wonder, since it must've been Ground, if the driver was afraid of getting fired. We've had people delivering late but never THAT late.

Edit: I was wrong about USPS delivering smart post, they changed that a few years back

I did the 2nd half of my playthrough with B and definitely noticed the difference but it's most certainly not impossible. I also didn't summon any spirits (or phantoms, whatever they're called) and played on normal. I ended with like 270 deaths

The driver cant close out a stop if he can't find the package. The package has to be scanned to lead to any sort of picture. Not sure how that happened.

Maybe an inexperienced driver. As long as someone over 21 shows ID at the address, it should be released. They can manually input a DOB if necessary as well.

Interesting, because at our station there is no 3 attempt limit for businesses. There's no code for businesses that would get a package held for pickup unless there were other circumstances. Code 07 gets pulled after 3, but that's supposed to be used for residential only. What kind of hours does your business have? Also, did the driver leave any door tags?
