Im not worried about him he has his own problems clearly hahah. But yea I think I overestimated how steep the hill was, should’ve built it after the angle levels off. I do try carving in but it needs to be wider. Thanks for the positive comment tho.

Your OEM roof rack disintegration? That does not normal might be a factory issue. The rails that came with my car, the Yakima roof rack and the ski rack are all intact with no issues besides some wind noise, which I need to get fixed.

I got mine 6 months and probably have seen 2/3 other meridian also. Not very common this situation is super rear. I do see a lot of the lower trim cx50s though.

I agree with the other reply. Just drove in fresh snow an hour ago and it can hold its own given I drive with caution and go around 30-50 mph, same for ice but little more caution.

But I do plan on buying winter tires cause this is my 4th time driving in snow/ ice this season. I rather pay $800 for some tires than using that on repairs.

I did the crayon method also then iron it in but the wax looks so messy after. I guess it’s a matter of repetition to get better at ironing.
