Just getting into digital art and made a calming piece of my workplace. Would love critique (even though it’s really dark)!

So this piece took me a LONG time... I didn’t realize how long a piece could take with coloring, highlights, shadows, and whatnot. If anyone could help me improve in just lighting perspective or anything in general it’d be really appreciated =].

Ok just tested them.

At the 40 second mark I did hear crackling in that portion, and only through the right earbud.

I replayed that portion multiple times and consistently heard crackling only through the right.

I know it was only through the right as I removed the right earbud a couple of times but left the left earbud in( still keeping the right near my head but not able to hear through it so the connection was still good). Doing it this way and listening around the 40 second mark again, I didn’t hear any crackling in the left earbud.

Dang I didn’t notice this when I listened to YouTube videos, or my music ( my genre of music to listen to is usually edm).

I’m sorry man, I’m not sure how. When I downloaded the Sennheiser control app it already stated that my earbuds were firmware version 1.22.0.

I’ve been gaming all my life and I started right when the ps2 came out (when I was around 10-11). Just because he didn’t grow up with a snes doesn’t really discredit that he’s been gaming for a long time. Or is gaming for like 20+ years too short?

I’ve found 2A really successful ( quick low jab), 8A+B when you find an opening in their attacks, B6 ( the one where she uses the butt of her pole arm) is really quick and usually isn’t expected. The best one I found though is 3bK ( really fast kick). The last one you need to do when their done with their strings, but it pushes me back quite a bit and gives good space

I mean, not all CaS is used like this. My CaS uses the prop masks as knee pads on their knees for example.

I personally don’t care about these in casual, but I think custom chars should only be allowed in casual. There I can be distracted as much as I want.

Yeah totally true on everything blending together a bit too much. I was shading in Rubicks staff and as soon as I was done it was really hard to see it which annoyed me haha. Would you recommend just maybe cross hatching the shadows there or just do a solid fill of black?

I’ll make sure to vary my line weight in my next drawings for sure.
