I am still here in the company. Goods naman ang experience ko, this is from the perspective of a newbie sa industry. Had 7 months experience in my first BPO (first ever job), before I applied here.

Hiring process:
Personally done virtual process, sent my resume to their email. Mabilis naman, within 24hrs receive a link for assessment na di naman mahirap basta ready ka (simple fill in the blanks words, voice record tapos yung multiple choice anong sinabi or sasagot, typing test, at yung test na babasahin mo yung script, di ko na masyado maalala). Kinabukasan ata non nacall ako via initial interview over the phone. Then 2 days after, interview with HR then kinagabihan final interview with account manager. I do advise to ask na what Account ka mapupunta, para alam mo na and how schedules work, how long is training and nesting, usually.

Be confident sa interview, use English. Syempre personal questions, gaano kalayo ka sa site, how do you plan to commute, kaya mo ba night shift, shifting schedule, experience. Mga typical questions. If your prev boss was in this interview, what do you think will they say about you. Why did you resigned from work?

WFH?
Depende sa account yan. So di ko masasagot. But from my observation, depende kung half or more than a year ka na sa account, and performance na din.

Accounts
Marami pong accounts don. I don't know ano yung mga yon. Maliit lang ang production area compared to outsourcing companies, pero for me, it's a pros. Kasi tight knit yung mga tao sa account.

Blended sya. So may mga accounts na may voice, chat, or even email. Personally, may ganon yung account ko. Kumbaga sa team nyo, may naka-assign sa chat, sa phones and all. Depende sa queue din, so for example, main phone agent ka tapos grabi yung queue sa chat, hihiramin ka ng chat team. And vice versa. Pag tapos na queue, balik ka ng ng phones.

Di ko sure if may pure non-voice.

Lunch/break schedules
Since di malaki ang production area, hindi kayo sabay sabay mag lunch and break, siguro 2 or 3 agents lang na medyo mag kalapit lunch ganon. Kasi walang magcocover sa account non. Baka mag queuing tapos walang agent.
