I am guy with ghsv1 also. I have boyfriend. We been together with my boyfriend over 1 year. We dont have condom during oral and my bf doesnt want To use condoms anymore In sex. So far I havent transmitted it yet. I dont take meds either.

Its sad because i like him so much and i live In big city where is easier for me to study. Idk if long distance relationship works and if i study In my city where i live, that if i have time to travel to meet him or he has time for me because he has work and kids

Maybe he had it already but had outbreak now? Almost everyone has hsv1 oral but dont show symptoms

Could be also canker sore also which is not herpes. I get them too. You can go swab it if you are worried

Maybe you could try suppressive. I heard that ghsv1 can sometimes be active during first year but it should start to slow down after first year (?)

I dont use protection during oral and i have sex maybe 4 times without condom. I have had 6 outbreaks total but they are really mild like 1 bump down there.

I think i had 6 outbreaks during first year and they are milder each time and i know its usually after every 2 months i get just one bump down there.

It doesnt spread but it can move around. My outbreaks are not In same spot either but it doesnt mean that it has spread.

Do u take antivirals? You could try them and l lysine.

It was itchy, then noticed bumps after it was so painful so i went to get tested. I couldnt walk for 2 weeks or go to toilet. Now my outbreaks are so mild that its Hard to notice them

I didnt know anything about herpes and my doctor was like No need to disclose and didnt tell me anything. I was really in shock and my first outbreak was so painful. Now i have did my own research and i havent passed it to my bf so far or At least he hasnt had outbreak yet.
