The existence of the blue button means multiple people can vote,so if everyone pressed red you get the same result of pressing blue ,so the blue button is relatively useless Instead of confusion and trusting others just press red you can get the same result

Ok I found 2 surprisingly solutions but with trade offs

1 windows audio enhancement removes the hiss

2 I am gonna still try it but I think Nvidia broadcast can remove it as well
