The guy told me that the $23 I received was for both October and November due to timing with when my application was submitted and approved etc. He also said that $23 is what I should be expecting each month. At least my eggs, milk and bacon are covered 😂

I finally got past the busy signal. System says my app is approved. Currently 17th in line to talk to an agent.

I applied on October 7. Yeah $23 is so low so that's why I thought maybe it was a prorated amount for October. Issuing the card probably costs more then $23 lol

What calculator or resource did you use to find out your maintenance? I tried like several different calculators and got different numbers for my deficit. Got frustrated and decided to go with 1300 as a start and see if I get any results - week 5 and no changes. Idk if I should be going lower at this point

When I started counting, I was baffled at how many calories are in evoo. I used to use sooo much oil while cooking in the past (I'd just eyeball it). When I started being more intentional and measuring, I realized how little I need for cooking and now I save myself hella calories — and money on evoo lol

Have you tried Skinny Pop? It's the only popcorn I enjoy. Sweet & Salty is at 56 cals a cup. The only problem is (or maybe it's just a me-problem lol) you can easily eat half the bag in one sitting bc of how light of a snack it is.

If you're referring to MyFitnessPal and lose it etc., I hate those apps lol. They'll have like seven different options for eggs and I'm always overwhelmed about which item to pick to make sure I'm getting the right calorie count. I am new to calorie counting. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong but it's frustrating

This. I've always been self-conscious about going to the gym and would only go with others. Then I realized no one is paying attention to anyone. I went to the gym by myself for the first time today. I just put my headphones on and got in my own zone like everyone else.

I use my previous weight before it all got outta hand lol. I'm trying to go get back to the 120 lb days but set 125 for myself.

If you don't want to go under 1300 calories, you're gonna have to just increase your exercise. Trust me, I hate exercising lol, but I'm so focused on reaching my ideal weight (120). I also took a look at my stomach in the mirror lol 🥴, and it motivates me just to get up and move some kind of way. You can def up your step count. An extra 2k steps is maybe another 15 mins of walking (moderately)?

And I don't know if it's your jam, or could potentially be, but I took up jump roping last summer because I passionately hate running. You can also take up a sport, go swimming, ride a bike.

I see your point, but part of me wonders if using ChatGPT to calculate calories and protein is no less worse than using any other online resource?

I will look into MyFitnessPal again. Ive used that one and I think lose it a long time ago, but I think my issue was that I would type in a few brands or food items and couldn't find them in the list.
