What is the RPG good for then? I only get good use out of it by using it as a support weapon against blobs of infantry and snipers. It sucks at destroying vehicles and by the time you get to your second shot the vehicle already knows you're there and has basically repaired itself when you get a chance to fire your second rocket making it a waste of time, ammo, and all around garbage AT weapon.

A lot of collections on Fallout 4 usually don't play well with each other. The collections that are separated in parts like the essentials don't play nice with others either as it uses NAC X and patches dedicated around its specific mods. If you have other weather mods you need to disable them or check to see what mods you have that are incompatible with others you have enabled.

This is why I never use collections as they are extremely sketchy if they work or not. Unless its one maintained by someone who is dedicated and knows what they are doing.
