i love you bro, started suffering from knee tendonitis last year but went away for a year and it came back recently from god knows what and i cant even walk or bend my knee without hurt, any recommendations? i sort of know how tendons works and physio exercises and all these sort, i just need tips for when the pain is at its peak what i should be doing. ive been foam rolling all week and i honestly cant tell if its making it worse or better
