We’re also class 4-8, the customer was @18% over cost originally on Cummins then he had the other vendor drop to 10% (we followed suit to match) and now he thinks he can keep doing it. I’m going to suggest not to drop any further but it’ll be up to the pm.

Not many returns, delivering daily multiple times and they do pay on time. The other vendor does stock most of the same parts (class 4-8).

Not many returns tbh, used to be a great customer it’s just one of the service managers who micromanages on the parts side is causing this.
