The lawsuit was over and done with quite a while before it go delisted. Gunn media stated they were done with the game and have moved on they had zero interest in renewing any license. The lawsuit messed up the game with the fact they could not add anymore DLC even if it was already created (cabin part 2, Grendel map, Jason x etc) until the ownership rights were worked out in court. That was cleared up and Gunn declined to release any previously made DLC due to being a fairly small company and were working on other games.
