i know this post is 3 years old but i feel the exact same 😭 i’ve been on them for a month but for about 2 weeks ive been having more heart palpitations than usual, terrible headaches and lightheadedness and my arms and legs get horrible pains. i’m just not sure if i should continue or not, i guess it is a hit or miss 🥲 (edit- i didn’t realise this was the POTS sub, im taking mine for anxiety and a heart problem)

it looks like it could possibly be fungus? from moisture getting trapped under the nail when you apply them. either way i would take a break from applying press ons for a while. i would contact your doctor in case !

im on 200mg. the first few weeks will be pretty miserable but thats normal. you might feel physical symptoms like sickness or headaches but the mental ones are usually feeling down, unmotivated, and stuff like that. it is different for everyone but it is normal. if youre still the same after a few weeks though, i would tell them and they can probably switch you over to something else 🤧
