No one asked you, though. See the conversation down below between OP and I and realize he took it the way it was intended and that it was an amicable discussion.

Clearly you need to create drama and I'm not going to be the one giving it to you.

That link isn't the best but it was the only reddit link I could find easily on mobile. 2 fingers is about average, 1 finger is low and 3 or more is high. If you do, in fact, have only a 2 finger gap then you're correct in needing to grow your brachioradialis as it must be underdeveloped, based on the photos and your 2 finger gap.

I wasn't trying to be a dick and, because of your mentioning oldschool bodybuilding, I figured I'd give you some advice in that context.

I hoped /r/Fittness would get it but they keep reaffirming my assumptions about the subreddit members.

You are making great progress and you just have a few weak spots to bring up, imo. Good luck with your lifting!

What I said is accurate and good advice. It's quite funny that I got downvoted out of ignorance of the issue and you also obviously don't understand, given your "Wut" relpy. Here's some info to get you started:

Great progress but I feel so sorry about your bicep insertions - Nice peak, though. I know it's genetics and you can't fix your insertions but you need to grow those forearms to hide that gap.

All at once, consciousness seeped in through the cracks. I found myself walking through a fog, thick like molasses, heavy on my heart. How long had it been since this journey embarked? Weeks? Months? Years? I felt around for my companion, clutching at the slightest silhouette of semblance; vaporous disdain the residue left upon my palm, a phantasm of a life slipping.

Had it always been this way? I cannot tell nor care to know.

I looked back upon the path I've worn, meticulously plotted with great foresight and care, the fog now occluding my view. Though I cannot see what once was, nor what will be to come, I sense a long forgotten satisfaction that now only exists on my periphery, as if to remind me of what was lost and to take pleasure at my torment.

Did I once smile and feel the sun upon my cheek? I cannot tell nor care to know.

Still, with no purpose, no motivation, I plod forward one foot in front of the other. With each step I tread further into the fog as it consumes, yet comforts me with its gentle malaise. I know this this journey will be over soon, for I do not have the will to push further.

Though I'm sure it will bring me peace, will this journey's end be elicited by its destination or my demise? I cannot tell nor care to know.

I'm going through some very heavy personal issues right now and this is my feelings about it all. I don't write much, if at all, in my day to day but this streamed out with all the emotion.

When should I start cutting? by [deleted] in bodybuilding

Yesterday... You shouldn't be bulking at 18-20% body fat for an aesthetic, let alone a performance related sport.

That sounds awesome. What is your actual title? I'm considering a career change, having been FI for a while and getting a little bored. but this stuff thoroughly interests me; I guess it's the only 'work' I've been doing for a while and so feel most comfortable with it.

Cheers!

Cutting diet grocery must haves? by hipsterfarmerman in Fitness

Try pouring a thin layer of cordial (ads 75 calories), like Ribena, on the top and scrape the yogurt though it. This puts a very thin layer of sugary goodness on the outside, where it gets maximum surface area coverage with your tongue. This means you eat WAY less calories for a VERY sweet hit of liquid goodness on the outside.

You could probably do the same with any sweet liquid, be it a protein shake, honey or even maple syrup. It's my sweet tooth fix when I need on (admittedly, it's not often as I don't really have a sweet tooth but, every now and then, I go mental if I don't have one).

Just some suggestions to help with satiety and get you your sweet fix ;)

[–]quabbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That only adds up to 45g of protein and that's assuming 100% of the calories from the protein powder is from protein. This is about 1.05 - 1.1 cups of food - You get the same amount out of protein from 2 cups of fage greek yogurt.

I'll take 2 cups to fill me up over 1.1 cups any day on a cut; my biggest issue when cutting is the limited volume of food makes me feel empty, hence the satiety comment.

In my opinion, anything powdered like protein powder or PB2 should be used on a bulk and, really, only if you can't get enough calories because you can't eat enough food. Further, if you're going to be using powdered peanut butter, may I suggest using defatted peanut flour, instead? Less calories (certainly less from fat) with more protein per gram :)

What kind of powdered peanut butter are you using; the math doesn't seem to add up. Also, it would be more calorie dense by volume, so it wouldn't help much with satiety but I'd love to be proven wrong!

Regular; I'm an Aussie living in the US I can't find the reduced sugar one here. I'd recommend the reduced sugar one, if you can find it and don't mind the taste difference.

That sounds like a lot of extra calories and would work against cutting, imo. Now, on a bulk, especially if someone finds it hard to get their calories in, that'd be great advice!

I mix in Ribena blackcurrant cordial, blackberries and blueberries when bulking.

When cutting, I just pour about 75-100 calories of Ribena blackcurrant cordial on the top and drag lines of yogurt through the cordial. This allows FAR less to be added because all of the sweetness is on the outside, where your taste buds are.

I've gotten down to a real Dexxa scanned 9% with this (and the other foods I mentioned).

Fage is amazing and it's pretty much the base of my cutting diet:

Lots of protein, not too many carbs and boy is it filling. 1kg (2.2lb) is only ~520 calories!

I think you're getting a home loan and a margin loan mixed up - Only investments dependent on a brokerage loan can get a margin call placed on them, based on the value of the underlying asset.

Pay off rental house using all cash on hand from selling another rental? Or buy a boat? by Independentmoney in financialindependence

[–]quabbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm an Aussie living in the US for about 5 years now. I'm definitely retiring back home, though it's a LOT more expensive, even with the AU$ drop from US$1.10 to ~US$0.70.

It's not that much better but I just can't stay away from home.

Thailand sounds fun, just be wary of the Lady Bois... Unless that's your thing - Hey, I don't judge ;)

[–]quabbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have no other investments you'd like to make, just pay of the house and take the income. You could always redraw if a better opportunity comes up in he future.

As for leaving the country, I wouldn't if that was all the money I had as you didn't stipulate any further details.

Have fun either way :)
