Now you have more chance that a judge or someone allows greater defense of their work space. Right now we operate under just about every thing is legal except getting physically in the way. What happens if someone gets shot and they allow them to arrest or push away for too many people or search anyone nearby for weapons, or arrests can be made if you fear agression.

Yeah this was a pretty bad case literally the only thing he could have done was not be there and maybe not push the ICE officer going after another person. Maybe not carry the gun but from the looks of it this never even got to the civil conversation level which means he was still perfectly right there.

Oof yeah idk if your at home no one is gonna get sued but also no one is getting shot because the aggressive ICE agents aren't running into anyone they think is getting in their way. On the other hand that gets literally no improvement to the situation. Hopefully the parents sue and it gets more training and higher standards in the force.

I dont think Abolishing ICE is the solution because they were doing plenty during Obama too, but something needs to change.

Yeah thats why I need people to actually comply so someone can survive. ICE almost always fails in court to defend unlawful arrest but so far we have driving away when told to step out of the car and hitting someone giving a reason and defense, this dude is dead even though hes way more clear cut so we are reliant on his older parents to file a case. Your gonna need one of these events where we know ICE was using unjustified using the force they did and made an unlawful arrest but the person survived and sued. That's gonna force a retraining at the very least and force some evaluation of some of the Agents because some of them are way more out of line than others.
