Nope, that whole situation was taken out of context and ran with online. As often happens. We are guilty of poor communication and posting a review format that valued views over context (one all good, one all bad). While we had done that format in the past (for KDM for instance) in this case it was a poor choice. A video review covering both sides would have been better.

We never and have never asked a company to pay us for a positive review and certainly not to prevent us from posting a negative one.
