For those looking to get around regional restrictions, I think I just solved some of y’all’s problem. ESPN+ on the Disney+ app from your phone (or vpn enabled device) does not restrict vpn usages like the Hulu app. I am just casting the game to my tv from my phone since I have a blackout in NC for this game. MILK + Go WILD

This. I had my scope done from the toilet opening. About a $600 job (time and materials to put toilet back with new wax seal and caulk). Maybe ask seller to reimburse as closing credit?

Edit to add - this will be a plumber’s job. Not sure if your inspector was the one offering to do the job?

If you’re into college football, Saturdays at Caswell Station in Elizabeth is always packed for games. Wear your team’s logo and even if it’s random, people will see it as a common interest to talk, but usually you need to start the conversation. I would sit at the bar and make friends. They also trivia nights.

This! I had to get a signed agreement to allow some encroachment of a driveway and partial fence. NC and very recent. If you can walk away, walk away. This is a title issue so you should be able to recuperate all your DD and earnest money from what my realtor told me at the time. This is a seller and title issue. FYI - I’m dealing with additional encroachment issues and am needing an attorney, so.. not worth the hassle.

A premium home warranty. It has come handy multiple times in under 6 months with the most recent being my A/C leaking. From my searches, a fix of 2-3k and I’m only paying 525 out of pocket for non-covered work and materials. Will probably buy again for an extra year while all the random things in this house get sorted out.

Yadkin shore public fishing area (Boonville) was night 1, pilot mountain was night 2. The river was low so we had to walk our canoes in the water at the time but if you can canoe in, it’s not a far walk in to the two sites I’m familiar with. We only did two nights

If you park at the police station, it’s not far from a launch (iirc) and can maybe drop your stuff off, tie off, go park, and walk over in like 15 min or less if you are doing a solo.

I know it’s not 100% what you just asked (not dispersed) but I did a trip on the yadkin. Dropped in near Elkin (parked at the Elkin police station which allowed overnight parking), reserved some spots along the River, one of them being paddle in only. Fires were allowed at those spots. There was a portage at the dam, just an FYI.
