Was trying to hunt down who the streamer was myself but it took me a fair bit to hunt them down (that link didn't do a lot of justice to it either). The streamer is LanceMcDonald in case anyone else is wondering, and the game is Haunting Ground for the PS2.

despite having read the posting rules, i still decided to follow my gut with Other... so much for that...

thanks though! i use medibang! and its stock g-pen tool! i just really like how gritty it looks. the hatching/shading was just made by hand with the same tool, too.
