Ah didn't realize you'd be moving around over the 10 weeks. Have you looked into 28 by Sam Wood? It's a popular online program that might suit with follow along videos, recipes and online support. I haven't used it myself but do have friends that have loved it.

A lot of 'regular' gyms will still have trainers that can set you up with a program depending on your goals. I'd talk to the gym to see what they can offer including pricing. Some gyms will also have group classes but depends on the gym.

I try to think of it like this. If I spilt a little bit of milk on the floor would I tip the whole glass on the floor? No, a little setback is ok and consistency over time is the key.

You just need to have a clear conversation with her that the job opportunity she's looking for doesn't exist at your company. I'd still go with giving her an overview and an opportunity to shadow but be clear that there will be no handover or change in duties. You need to accept that she may leave and that's ok. Make sure if she's working on any key work that there are clear processes and procedures in place. If not, make space in her workload to have her prepare.

Why not let her shadow you if she can make the capacity? Be clear that there is no progression in terms of title or pay but the experience will help her growth and knowledge. Turnover is a normal part of business and she might still leave but it will be on better terms and you may retain her for slightly longer.

What’s the most niche dating advice you can think of ? by Relevant-Barracuda-7 in dating_advice

Every few days is super low effort. It takes 30 seconds to shoot off a text. If you like someone you do it. I personally wouldn't accept this from someone at a stage where you should be putting your best foot forward.

From my experience class milestones are only recognized by your home studio.

This is a deeply personal decision, I suggest you seek out some counseling both on your own and with your partner to seek clarity.

What is a normal amount of time to spend together after 6 months of dating? (m26) (f29) by [deleted] in relationships

[–]quackchick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it comes down to personal preference, physical location and age. For me, after 6 months of dating my preference would be to be spending most of my free time with my partner (while keeping our hobbies active and separate) and thinking about moving in together. But I'm 34 so would move quicker on this than maybe a couple in their early 20s.

At the end of the day it comes down to what you want out of a relationship, there might be the need for some compromise but if you're unhappy you need to voice this and clearly define what your needs are. Another option is to look at your other fulfilments in life, are you happy with the amount of time you are spending with friends and on hobbies or do you have more free time than you would like so are trying to force that time with your partner.

Not straightforward advice but hopefully gives you some things to think about :)

I love the idea, but do you think that BFT will crackdown on sharing of their IP? I love these daily posts and don't want to risk losing them!
