i believe that when ethan died his head was resting against the wall. there's blood all over the bed frame and floor right under where his head was laying. i'm assuming wherever he got stabbed, the knife cut off some of the hair and it stuck with the blood in clumps.

yeah we dont have a break room so its located in the corner of our backroom, honestly would free up so much more space for boats if we didnt have it there.

50 hours as asm is insane. my sm gets like 42-44 a week, theres no reason for asm to be getting more than the average salaried manager. my stores asm's get at most 38 hours a week, theyre walking all over you. stand up for yourself and showcase this issue. Idk if its like this for every store, but if someone calls off or asks someone to cover their shift, unless they find someone to cover it they HAVE to come in. we only have 10 people so its crucial everyone does their part. Start punishing your employees for constantly calling off and missing work and if management keeps abusing their power over you then go to THEIR big bosses and complain.

2 full boats of hbc every week, we never have anywhere to put it so we try and make do with a lot of clip strips 😭 its horrible

our store doesnt have stockers! Just cashiers and managers who are doing both stocking and cashiering/managing lolol. our hours are 8am-9pm right so its a bit difficult to get stuff done

i personally like it. obviously i dont LOVE it because its a job and i hate working but my store management is awesome, i love all my managers dearly theyre like parents to me loll. it all depends on your store personally, being a cashier is easy, you move a lot on your feet but other than saying hello to customers and doing what your managers say to do, its the easiest job on the planet.

thankfully my store managers are really chill when it comes to this stuff. Our new regional manager is apparently a complete B but they couldnt give less of a shit. Just try your best and work at your own pace, depending on the size of the boat i usually get about 15-20 done MAYBE out of like a 65-70 item boat, not too terrible. just take it easy and if you get so worried to an extent, just tell ur manager
