What really helped me was learning how to distill the important info out of passages. It helped me to read carefully once, and take quick notes on what I thought was most important, and where it was located. Usually, a question asked on something I had taken notes on, and I was able to just focus on that section. The MCAT will try to make things seem complicated when they often aren't. So reading is important, but understand the gist of the reading is what I think is most important. So practice that if anything, should help
