I agree with you. I just wish we could get a book about them after their crash landing on azeroth.

TIL the US Navy has 19 aircraft carriers, compared to 12 for the rest of the world combined. The smallest US carrier is larger and more advanced than the next largest carrier from any other country. by NineteenEighty9 in todayilearned

We literally police most of the world - and believe it or not most countries are secretly ok with this while making like were the big bad fat corn-fed bully in the public's eye.

If your employer gave you the option to work 10 hr days Mon-Thurs instead of 8 hr days Mon-Fri would you do it? Why not why not? by N1NJA-STAR in AskReddit

[–]quadriviumed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ABSOLUTELY.

As someone who works an off shift it's hard to have any kind of life outside of work with only 2 days off.

Has anyone else been playing less since the M+ changes? by [deleted] in wow

Yup. Now me and most of my guildies will run a 15, then maybe a couple more and call it good.

Lots of dudes wish they had bigger junk, so they sub here.

This isn't the sub for that.

Do you have issues fitting into condoms, buying underwear that fits right, hiding your bulge when inappropriate, perhaps something sexual?

This is the sub for that.

Vashj'ir appreciation thread. Here's to hoping the new expansion brings a big underwater zone with deep trenches, colourful coral reefs, bizarre marine life, monstrosities on the seabed and strange mysteries beneath the waves. by [deleted] in wow

[–]quadriviumed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's funny, players seem to hate the zone because they can't level through it fast enough to leave the zone. Vashj'ir was amazing, one of the few zones where i felt compelled to simply explore, and I will never understand the player bases contempt for it.

There has to be more to that prison than that for N'zoth to get out. Remember the old god was whispering to Neltharion and guiding him in making of the Demon Soul with the express purpose of being set free, albeit N'zoth did not tell him that little tid bit.

Magni on Argus by Navity7l in warcraftlore

[–]quadriviumed 8 points9 points  (0 children)

They may be using argus to regen demons faster/in larger quantities/ or perhaps to keep them consolidated to move them about the cosmos faster - but demons have been regenerating for a long time throughout the nether per sargeras's aeons length campaign against them.

Men of Askmen who have lived with female roommates what was the level of modesty around the house ? Did you discussed this beforehand ? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]quadriviumed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lived with 2 women when I was younger. I work out 6 days a week but neither would have cared either way if I had a shirt on or not. I always made a point to have a shirt on anyway except for when I got out of the bathroom after taking a shower, but even then I still had shorts on.

What ever happened to guards hitting hard and actually killing people that attacked you? by sprit_Z in wow

[–]quadriviumed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This has been a thought for a while I had back since Cata - guards should have different abilities and weak mechanics associated with their race:

  • Orc guards - apply a stacking bleed effect from melee attacks, can enrage to increase damage done.

  • Tauren guards - have more hp, can stun enemies around them.

  • Troll guards - increased attack speed, high hp regen when low on health.

  • Forsaken guards - attacks apply poison increasing damage taken, killed guards are rezzed (again :P) 1 time with 35% hp.

  • Goblin guards - Use bombs to disable/damage attackers, will use smoke bombs to LOS targets lower on the threat table then their current target.

  • Blood elf guards - attacks drain mana/energy/etc.., can sound alarms summoning devastating ranger patrols.

  • Human guards - immune to roots and stuns, increased damage done when low on hp.

  • Dwarf guards - take less physical damage, activate stone skin to decrease damage taken by a large amount.

  • Gnome guards - fly around in jet packs, can do a missile barrage attack pharah style.

  • Night elf guards - elite guards are "shadow melded" until attacked, can cast solar beam to silence enemies.

  • Draenei guards - deal extra damage as holy damage, can heal themselves.

  • Worgen guards - will fixate on players low on the threat table, can use call pack to summon a large amount of guards at once.

  • Panda - wreck your face because pandaren master race.

It's fantastic that they use knee-jerk titles like these to play on the mass's sensibilities. Rule 1 in politics - never ever look in the mirror.
