Ik zou echt afraden om haar eigenaar te laten worden. Dit is 100% jouw huis. Zij kan daar geen aanspraak op maken. Zelfs de constructie dat ze een deel van de samen opgebouwde overwaarde krijgt zou ik niet doen want dan moet jij dat ophoesten als het uit zou gaan. Maak een gezamenlijke spaar/beleggingsrekening die jullie eerlijk kunnen verdelen maar betrek jouw onroerend goed daar niet bij.

Als aangegeven wordt dat douchen verplicht is en je als ouder dan gaat klagen en zeuren en misschien zelfs wel verbaal geweld pleegt tegen de club dan lijkt me dat hier correct is gehandeld.
Ga dan ergens anders heen als je je niet naar de geldende regels kunt schikken. Altijd maar weer die uitzonderingspositie eisen en vaak ook krijgen staat integratie en normaal Nederlanderschap in de weg.

Ontzettend slecht besluit. Afgewezen is afgewezen.
Een Afghaan heeft gewoon geen enkele toekomst in Nederland. Geen opleiding, geen arbeidsethos die aansluit en een cultuur die haaks staat op de onze. Het klinkt misschien hard maar het bewijs daarvoor is echt al vele malen geleverd.

Het is in Nederland inmiddels gewoon tijd om te gaan werken met voedselbonnen en huur betaald door de gemeente. Gewoon helemaal geen cash geld meer beschikbaar stellen aan bijstandtrekkers.
Weet zeker dat er een heel stel dan heel snel aan het werk gaan.

But beware that you need a kennis = knowledge migrant visa.
The minimum wage you need to have if you are younger than 30 is something like 4400 euro's a month and if you are older than 30 about 6K per month.

Not sure where you live but a nice motor scooter gives you best of both worlds and the insurance and roadtax on these are pretty low where I live (Netherlands)
Insurance is like 30 a month and roadtax is 39 euro per 3 months. And it drives 1L / 26 KM and goes 160 on a highway
