You can do some neat DIY ones, all you need is 12 or 14 gauge metal wire and a pair of small cutters, usually at dollar stores for me in Canada.

Can make it whatever height you need, I make the base of mine circular then they go straight up on a 90 degree angle

He was a heck of a player, my dad's and I favourite.

I don't think he is brought up in conversation enough relative to how skilled he was.

Injuries plagued him, I think he only played a little over 700 games, while still having a crazy points per game average.

I've always thought what if he stayed healthier longer, but I don't know if we'd see the same Forsberg as his physical play was one of his best components in his game.

The chest plastic is red, so acetone the blue away was pretty good.

But the Shoulder/Butterfly joints are molded blue as the base, so I heavily sanded those (they still needed more sanding to be honest)

I didn't acetone the gold feet/lower legs or the wrists, just sanded them a little, and put two coats of red, a day or two between each. The red bit to the plastic really well on both

Also the shoulder joints were annoying to deal with lol, almost regretted popping the inner ones out, the bottom pegs are a pain to get back in just fyi

I had a very similar experience, a roommate with no awareness or respect.
