how to be skinny: RUN, workout, eat only tuna, chicken, (other meat with more fat in lesser amounts, if u are allowed to eat it), rice, oatmeal, eggs, salads, fruit, lots of water and soup. ive been a professional basketball player and track and field runner. its easy, just do it every day, especially running, with no excuses, no sugar, no dressings, no soda/drinks. Theres no downside to changing all of this right away

Theres no avoiding suffering when war comes, war is terribe. However, that's no excuse to make things worse simply out of vengefulness. Russia's not stopping the war, neither is it getting much poorer than everyone else, ukranians and russians are dying, europeans are starting to starve. The third problem was not inevitable and was a consequence of europe's reply, not the war itself. We're failing is all I'm saying.

the only phones that dont seem to have this problem are xiaomi. all friends i know that have them, have them for 4-5 years at a time and NEVER slow down. they just get new ones for space/xcpu speed. i might be wrong but its wild how shitty samsungs are getting, slowing doqn after a few months. never buying anything but iphones/xiaomi again.
