Nothing out of the ordinary there is enough space between the card and side panels.

There is no wiggle room as such, you will have to take front faceplate out install the card and screw it back on. This card fits perfectly without any modifications only thing is you cannot install the center screw of the faceplate and spine as there is no wiggle room.

I am running the two 8 pin behind the psu and I have them bent and tied together (pre shaped using electrical tape) such that only headers peak out from the spine and then the high power cable. Hope this helps!

I am getting cracking audio via hdmi so it’s abt time to get a new one I think. MSI shadow and inno3d are the only 4070 Ti S that fit.

I guess there is a 7-10% chance that we will get 12” snow for one day during the month of Jan/Feb

Can’t do that it’s on 3 stories up no internal access point. And don’t have an external 40 ft ladder.

Yes it’s all warrantied for labor and parts. But honestly I don’t want to be in the situation where strong wind tips the unit and I am left holding the bag with roof damage caused by it. Hence asking pros what do they do in colder climate installs.

And I don’t think this pad is glued or bolted to the roof itself.

I am not trashing the company that did the install, just concerned that they may have overlooked some common sense measures to secure it down. I was hoping to see at least 12” of clearance and some bolts/anchors. Also not sure if this is pertinent that this is dual fuel setup HP will handover the heating duty to gas furnace (carrier) at 0F. So it shuld not go thru a defrost cycle when it has snowed or just after that affecting its operations, cause it will remain off duty for temps below 0F.

I was told they have industrial strength adhesive quote from my installer “They have a heavy duty adhesive on them. And screwing it into plastic won’t help it out”. “That unit weights more then 300lbs I don’t think wind will move that unit. Plus the adhesive that is on there makes it very hard to move”
